By accessing, registering on, or using the kv777 platform at kv777.cam ("the Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the kv777 Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and refrain from creating or using an account. Your continued use of kv777 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

To register and maintain an active account on kv777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators.
• You must be a natural person residing or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino and sports betting services is lawful.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

kv777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Age misrepresentation will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each eligible individual may register and hold only one (1) active account on the kv777 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if it changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, kv777 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License);
• Proof of address (if required by the compliance team); and
• Such other documents as kv777 may reasonably request in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

All financial transactions on the kv777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). kv777 does not accept foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or any form of digital token as a deposit or payout method.

Deposits: kv777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank Direct, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, among other methods listed in the cashier section of your account. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits are credited to your kv777 wallet upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. kv777 does not charge deposit fees, though third-party processing fees applied by your payment provider remain your responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically settle within approximately fifteen (15) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer settlements follow the applicable banking network timelines.

kv777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts defined under kv777's AML policy. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where kv777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Player funds are held in accounts separate from kv777 operational funds, providing an additional layer of financial protection consistent with responsible operator standards under PAGCOR oversight.

All bets placed on kv777 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sports markets, bingo, or other products — are subject to the specific game or market rules published within the relevant game lobby or sports betting section of the Platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all kv777 products:

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• kv777 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's wallet.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all game categories and are displayed within the relevant game interface. kv777 reserves the right to set and adjust individual Player bet limits.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game session, the outcome recorded by kv777's server shall be determinative. kv777's game records are the authoritative source of truth for all bet outcomes.
• All casino games on kv777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• For sports betting, kv777 reserves the right to suspend or void markets where the integrity of an event is in question, where a result is declared void by the relevant governing body, or where settlement errors are identified.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiplier that must be met before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible contributing games are stated in each promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kv777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering or operating more than one kv777 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorism, or conduct any other activity in violation of Philippine or international law;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment fraud, or other abusive financial behavior in relation to deposits or withdrawals;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the kv777 Platform or its underlying technology;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward kv777 staff or other Players via any support or communication channel.

kv777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as an entertainment activity and to minimizing harm associated with excessive gambling. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and kv777's own standards, the following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time alerts and mandatory session breaks within account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be accessed or reactivated early.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kv777 Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any kv777 Content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on kv777 Content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or technology;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on kv777 Content.

Any unauthorized use of kv777 Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kv777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, or circumstances beyond kv777's reasonable control;
• Any reliance by you on the accuracy or completeness of any content published on the Platform, including game odds, statistics, or promotional information.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, kv777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kv777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

kv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Request or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormant account policy;
• Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach by the Player, kv777 will return the verified balance held in the Player's wallet after deducting any amounts owed by the Player to kv777 and any applicable dormant account fees. Where closure is due to a breach by the Player, kv777 may exercise its right to forfeit the balance in accordance with the specific breach provisions of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and kv777, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through kv777's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. kv777 will endeavor to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or any other applicable dispute resolution body with jurisdiction over kv777's licensed operations in the Philippines. kv777 will cooperate fully with any such regulatory inquiry.

Subject to the above, each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the final resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.

kv777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made that adversely affects existing Players, kv777 will provide notice via the Platform or via your registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. For non-material or administrative changes, amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the kv777 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. The current version of these Terms is always accessible via the footer of every page on kv777.cam.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. They supersede all previous versions of the kv777 Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any translated or localized version, the English-language version shall prevail.
